MARC ROOSLI - Managing Director & Lead Interpretative Designer

Marc Roosli is a driven and focused multilingual individual with close to three decades of international experience and an award-winning design portfolio. Marc is highly resourceful and imaginative which, coupled with a solid self-taught technical background, makes him a strong problem solver & excellent communicator.

A native of Switzerland, Sales & Marketing graduate Marc has been working on prestigious projects for high-profile corporate customers, government bodies and brands before founding Mirador Media in 2015 to focus exclusively in the design and build of heritage attractions and visitor experiences.

Marc is also a member of Fáilte Ireland's Experience Development Framework panel of experts 2022-2030 tasked with assisting Fáilte Ireland clients with the design, development, and provision of business capability building supports and destination & experience development expertise.

MOOK VIGNES - Creative Director & Senior Interpretative Designer

Mook has over 18 years’ experience in the audio-visual field. As a freelance videographer a selection of documentaries and short films he has worked on have collectively been awarded 7 titles in European & international film festivals. With a first-class honours degree in visual communication Mook's strengths lie in his ability to interpret information simply and effectively to any audience. His 'can do' attitude and attention to detail has shone through in his project delivery, even during the most challenging of briefs.

Mook has been Mirador's Creative Director and Senior Interpretative Designer since 2015, with responsibility for detailed drawings & exhibits specification, multimedia design and planning, and overseeing production and installations on the ground.

BEULAH CROKER - Interpretative Designer, Researcher & Copywriter

Beulah Croker has a multidisciplinary background in archaeology, heritage management, branding, storytelling, and cultural analysis. With two years of experience managing a dynamic heritage site in Donegal, she has successfully overseen operations, community engagement initiatives, and strategic development.

Her earlier career includes archaeological fieldwork in France and Greece, complemented by a deep interest in Irish and global mythology and folklore. A former branding consultant with over 15 years of experience working on global projects, Beulah's expertise lies in using storytelling and cultural analysis to create compelling narratives and innovative strategies. She holds an honors degree in Ancient History and Archaeology and in History of Art and Architecture from TCD and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Irish Translation from GMIT.

DON CAREY - Exhibition Designer & Multimedia Producer

With a B.Sc. in Architectural Technology,  a B.A. (Honours) in Animation, and a passion for illustration, Don is the true definition of a multimedia artist. His expertise reaches far into the architectural realm with a vast knowledge of the planning system, building regulations and materials at while his passion for design and attention to detail translates into visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences that delight and engage users.

ANNA JANISZEWSKA -Exhibition Designer & Multimedia Producer

Anna is a digital designer specialising in UX, e-learning and multimedia content creation, with experience delivering accessible digital products. Skilled in transforming complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences through prototyping, interaction design and high-quality visual production. Bringing earlier experience in financial analysis and risk management, offering strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication and process optimisation.

With a background in finance, a  Masters in Media (Digital Art) and Bachelors (Hons) in Photography, Anna is our newest full-time staff member and follows on our long tradition of the merging of creative and technical minds. Anna is also a visual and installation artist in her spare time, who has exhibited in the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin and other locations in the past. When she is not programming or designing, Anna is also just as comfortable welding or piloting a drone.

Dr. RONAN O'FLAHERTY - Crane Bag Consulting

Ronan is a graduate of UCD with a PhD in Archaeology and research interests in Irish history and folklore. He is a former CEO of the Discovery Programme (the state archaeological research institute) and has held senior positions in a number of Government Departments. Ronan is an experienced researcher, content-writer, and conceptualiser who has guided the development of major heritage projects and visitor attractions across Ireland.

SVEN HABERMANN

Sven Habermann is an object conservator-restorer and project manager with 15 years of experience in leading a team of specialist in all facets of object conservation for the heritage industry, Sven has a demonstrable record of developing and leading significant conservation and restoration projects, including treating complex and multifaceted objects. His key professional development goal is to complement his existing expertise by widening his knowledge and skills and to research specific conservation issues resulting in sharing those findings with the wider conservation community while offering a wide selection of conservation services to the wider Heritage community in Ireland. Sven has been a part of our team since 2019 on a consultancy basis, working with us on the majority of projects involving the display of historical artefacts.
